How do I access my VPS via SSH?
Use the command ssh root@YOUR_VPS_IP from your terminal. Credentials are sent to your email when the service is activated. On Windows, you can use PuTTY or the built-in SSH client in Windows 11.
What is the support response time?
The support team responds in less than 24 business hours for general tickets. For clients with priority support, the response is within 4 hours. Live chat is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 EST.
Do you offer free migrations?
Yes, we perform free migrations from any provider. Just open a ticket with your current provider details and access credentials. The process takes between 24 and 72 hours depending on the data volume.
What do I do if my server is down?
First check the status page at status.cloudinghost.com. If the problem is only on your server, open an urgent ticket from the portal or contact us via WhatsApp. VPS clients can also restart the server from the control panel.
Can I reinstall the OS on my VPS?
Yes. From your control panel you can reinstall the operating system at any time. We offer Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux and more. The process takes less than 60 seconds.
